Workforce leadership
As Academy Trainer at Heartland for Children in Bartow, Florida, Danielle leads the Alliance Workforce Leadership Program—recruiting and training a cohort of 10–12 staff each year from candidate selection through structured leadership development.
Evidence in practice
Danielle evaluates learning through the full Kilpatrick Model, from learner reaction and knowledge acquisition to on-the-job behavior change and organizational results. Her Academy learners have achieved a 100% pass rate on the Academy exam.
Curriculum partnership
She focuses on curriculum development, and has created curriculum focusing on trauma-informed care, human trafficking, and the impact of substance misuse on child neglect.

Danielle is a certified Motivational Interviewing Trainer and creator of the Child Welfare Leadership and Staff Cultivation program: a four-module framework that helps agencies identify and elevate talent, strengthen supervisory relationships, solve recruitment challenges, and sustain staff retention.

Career experience
A perspective built across child welfare, behavioral health, and higher education.
Danielle has served as a Dependency Program Manager and Family Services Specialist with Florida's Department of Children and Families, as Senior Training Supervisor at One Hope United—retaining 93% of trainee staff through certification—and as adjunct faculty at American International University, Chancellor Institute, and South Florida State College. Her teaching spans English Composition, Psychology, and Human Growth and Development in both in-person and virtual formats.
